Purchases & Refunds

Diamonds are virtual in-game currency. Purchased Diamonds do not expire solely because time passes, are for use only inside TycoonX, and are not redeemable from CK-Labs for cash except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

30-Day VIP is a one-time, non-renewing entitlement lasting 30 consecutive days from activation or availability to the account unless the purchase screen expressly states otherwise.

Lifetime VIP is a one-time entitlement that may be offered only during selected limited promotional sales windows. It is not a permanently available product. CK-Labs may end or discontinue a sales window and may choose never to offer Lifetime VIP again, subject to applicable law and any specific offer already made to a consumer.

Ending a Lifetime VIP sales window affects future availability only and does not by itself cancel or shorten an already valid purchase. Opening a purchase screen, placing an item in a cart, starting checkout, or entering a pending payment state before a sales window closes does not by itself reserve Lifetime VIP or an earlier price. If an authorized provider later confirms a valid transaction under its rules, CK-Labs will honor the provider-confirmed transaction according to the applicable offer and mandatory law.

Lifetime VIP is intended for the commercial operating lifetime of the TycoonX Service for the purchasing account and does not promise that TycoonX will operate forever. The commercial-lifetime meaning and the limited-time nature of the offer must be shown clearly at or immediately before checkout.

Apple processes purchases made through Apple In-App Purchase and operates the App Store refund-request process. CK-Labs may investigate delivery and entitlement issues but does not control Apple’s refund decision.

Purchased Diamonds are intended to be consumable in-app purchases. Lifetime VIP is intended to be a non-consumable purchase and is restorable while valid. One-time 30-Day VIP is intended to be a non-renewing entitlement with CK-Labs maintaining the authoritative account entitlement state where needed.

A purchase that Apple still reports as pending does not create a TycoonX paid entitlement until Apple reports a completed valid transaction. If Apple later completes a provider-approved pending transaction, TycoonX may grant the corresponding entitlement at that time even if the original promotion has meanwhile ended, where the Apple transaction validly relates to that offer.

If Apple refunds, revokes, reverses, or invalidates a transaction, CK-Labs may revoke or correct the corresponding TycoonX entitlement or virtual value so the refunded purchase is not retained twice.

Google processes the transaction through the applicable Google Play billing arrangement and provides transaction or order information used to validate the purchase.

Where Google Play policy requires Google Play Billing for in-app digital goods or services, TycoonX will use that system unless an applicable regional program, platform rule, or law permits an alternative.

Lifetime VIP is intended to use a one-time non-consumable Google Play product so the valid purchase remains associated with the purchasing Google Account. A one-time 30-Day VIP must be configured so that it does not silently create recurring billing and, if repeat purchases are intended, so the product configuration does not permanently block a later legitimate 30-Day purchase.

A Google Play purchase in a PENDING state does not create a TycoonX paid entitlement. The entitlement is granted only after Google reports a valid completed PURCHASED state and required verification succeeds. If a pending purchase later becomes a valid completed purchase, TycoonX may grant the applicable entitlement at that time, including where completion occurs after a limited promotion has closed but the provider-confirmed transaction validly belongs to that offer.

Google may process eligible refund requests directly. CK-Labs may also be able to process eligible Google Play refunds through Google’s developer tools, subject to Google rules, CK-Labs policy, and applicable law.

If Google refunds, reverses, charges back, cancels, or invalidates a transaction, CK-Labs may revoke or correct the corresponding entitlement or virtual value.

Purchases made through the official TycoonX web shop may be processed by Xsolla. Depending on the applicable checkout arrangement, an Xsolla group company may act as merchant of record.

When Xsolla acts as merchant of record, the Xsolla entity shown at checkout or on the receipt may be responsible under its applicable terms for payment processing, transaction taxes or VAT, fraud screening, refunds, payment disputes, and chargebacks.

The exact Xsolla entity, payment method, price, taxes, refund policy, and legally required purchase information are determined by the checkout and receipt for the transaction. The transaction-specific Xsolla terms and refund policy shown for that purchase apply together with mandatory consumer law.

CK-Labs remains responsible for delivering the corresponding TycoonX entitlement after receiving valid confirmation of successful payment. Returning from checkout, displaying a client-side success message, or creating an order does not by itself require CK-Labs to grant paid value before valid provider confirmation is received.

If a valid Xsolla transaction is later confirmed after a processing delay, CK-Labs may grant the corresponding entitlement at confirmation time according to the provider-confirmed transaction and applicable offer. If Xsolla refunds, reverses, cancels, charges back, or invalidates a transaction, CK-Labs may revoke or correct the corresponding TycoonX entitlement or virtual value.

CK-Labs may change the prices, bundle sizes, Diamond quantities, VIP prices, regional prices, currencies, availability, and promotional offers for future purchases. A current price is not a promise that the same product, quantity, discount, or price will remain available later.

Prices may differ between Apple App Store, Google Play, the official TycoonX web shop, countries, regions, currencies, and separate promotional sales windows. Platform pricing systems, taxes, VAT, currency conversion, foreign-exchange movements, local pricing conventions, or payment-provider rules may also cause local prices to change.

The final total price and currency displayed by the applicable checkout before the user confirms the purchase govern that transaction, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors where permitted by law. Opening a product page, entering checkout, or seeing a cached or earlier price before confirmation does not by itself lock that price for a future transaction. The provider-confirmed transaction record and legally binding checkout information for the completed order control, subject to mandatory law.

For consumers in Germany and elsewhere where required, mandatory taxes and unavoidable price components must be included or presented as required by applicable price-display law.

A completed one-time purchase is not retroactively repriced merely because CK-Labs later changes a price. A later price decrease does not automatically create a right to a refund, credit, partial refund, price match, or additional Diamonds or VIP time, and a later price increase does not create an additional charge for an already completed one-time purchase, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Lifetime VIP may be sold at different prices in different genuine promotional sales windows. Purchasing in one sales window does not create a right to a later lower promotional price, and a future sales window does not require CK-Labs to match an earlier price.

Promotional claims, countdowns, crossed-out prices, stated savings, limited-time statements, and other price-advantage claims must reflect the genuine offer and must not be misleading. Where a jurisdiction requires a particular reference price, discount disclosure, or price-history rule for the specific product or offer, the applicable marketing and checkout must follow that rule.

If CK-Labs later introduces a recurring subscription or another product with recurring charges, any price-change, notice, consent, cancellation, or renewal rules required for that recurring product will apply separately. The one-time price-change rules above do not authorize an undisclosed recurring charge.

Before a consumer places a paid order, the applicable checkout must present the legally required pre-contract information clearly and in the required place. Depending on the transaction, this can include the main characteristics of the product, total price including mandatory taxes and charges, duration or termination conditions, delivery information, material functionality, compatibility or interoperability information, and the identity of the contracting trader.

Where German law applies to an online checkout that creates a payment obligation, the ordering step must make the payment obligation clear in the manner required by law. CK-Labs will not rely on hidden wording, preselected paid extras, or an ambiguous final-order control to create a payment obligation.

If a price is personalized on the basis of automated decision-making and applicable law requires disclosure of that fact, the applicable checkout or offer must disclose it before the order is placed. Ordinary country-based, storefront-based, currency-based, tax-based, or generally available regional pricing is not described as personalized pricing merely because prices differ between regions.

Since June 19, 2026, German law requires an electronic withdrawal function for covered distance contracts concluded through an online user interface while a statutory withdrawal period is running. Where this requirement applies to a TycoonX transaction and CK-Labs is the contracting trader responsible for the interface, CK-Labs must provide the required clearly labelled, continuously available, prominently accessible withdrawal function and confirmation process.

Where Apple, Google, Xsolla, or another provider is the contracting merchant or controls the relevant purchase interface and withdrawal process, the provider’s legally compliant withdrawal or refund flow may be the applicable route. CK-Labs will not use this allocation of roles to remove a mandatory withdrawal right.

Submitting a withdrawal through a legally required electronic withdrawal function must be acknowledged on a durable medium where required by law. This electronic route does not remove any other legally valid way a consumer may exercise a withdrawal right.

Lifetime VIP should be restorable or recoverable after verification while the entitlement remains valid. A valid 30-Day VIP should be restored from authoritative account or server records where required.

Diamonds are consumable purchases and are not restored as a second purchase after consumption. The current TycoonX account balance is preserved through TycoonX account/server state where applicable. Restore operations never create duplicate paid value.

Deleting a TycoonX account may permanently delete profile and gameplay state, but it does not necessarily cancel or erase a separate valid Apple, Google, Xsolla, or other payment-provider transaction. Where a valid Lifetime VIP or other restorable entitlement remains associated with the purchaser, CK-Labs may require reasonable proof that the same purchaser controls the relevant platform or payment account before attaching that entitlement to an eligible TycoonX account.

Restoring a paid entitlement after account deletion does not recreate deleted gameplay progress, consumed Diamonds, inventory, social history, or transferred assets unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If you were charged but the purchased content does not appear, confirm you are using the correct TycoonX account, use Restore Purchases where applicable, allow reasonable time for a pending provider transaction to complete, and contact TycoonX Support with the order or transaction details if the issue remains.

CK-Labs may validate the transaction with Apple, Google, Xsolla, or the applicable provider before granting, restoring, changing, or refunding an entitlement.

A pending purchase does not reserve a second entitlement or create a duplicate grant. If the provider later confirms that the pending transaction became a valid completed purchase, CK-Labs will reconcile it against the authoritative transaction and existing entitlement state.

If a checkout, catalog, currency, tax, product, quantity, or entitlement configuration contains an obvious error, CK-Labs or the applicable payment provider may correct the error for future transactions and, where legally permitted, cancel an unfulfilled erroneous transaction and refund the amount actually paid rather than provide unintended value. Mandatory rights and any already binding contract remain governed by applicable law.

A screenshot, stale cached display, manipulated client, outdated app version, unofficial source, or client-side display error does not override a valid final checkout record or reliable authoritative server and payment-provider records.

Duplicate entitlements or virtual value created by retries, replayed webhooks, store-notification duplication, race conditions, bugs, restore errors, compromised credentials, or other technical failures may be removed or consolidated so the user receives the valid value actually purchased.

If a payment is pending, rejected, reversed, cancelled, fails fraud review, or is never confirmed, CK-Labs may delay or withhold the corresponding entitlement until a valid successful transaction is confirmed.

Promotions may be limited by time, country, platform, account, purchase history, eligibility, quantity, redemption count, or other clearly stated conditions. Unless the offer states otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and do not create entitlement to a future promotion.

Users must not exploit technical errors, duplicate coupon redemption, manipulated region or identity information, automated purchase abuse, refund cycling, account farming, or other methods to obtain promotional value beyond the genuine offer.

Where a promotion or discount was obtained through fraud, technical abuse, duplicate redemption, or another invalid method, CK-Labs may reject the purchase, revoke only the invalid promotional value, or refund and unwind the affected transaction where permitted by law. Unrelated legitimately purchased value will not be removed merely because another promotion was invalid.

A voluntary goodwill credit, free extension, discretionary refund, bonus, or compensation granted beyond a mandatory legal obligation does not by itself admit liability or create a promise that the same remedy will be offered in another case.

A refund or payment reversal does not entitle a user to keep both the returned money and the corresponding paid digital value.

If a payment is refunded, reversed, charged back, cancelled, or found invalid after value was credited, CK-Labs may, subject to applicable law, revoke the related entitlement, remove unused Diamonds or virtual value, reverse directly related invalid game transactions, apply an equivalent balance correction where refunded value was already consumed or transferred, or temporarily restrict purchase/economy functions while a payment dispute is investigated.

CK-Labs will not use these corrections to remove unrelated legitimately purchased value except where reasonably necessary to reverse a specific invalid transaction or as otherwise permitted by law.

Refunds are ordinarily processed through the payment channel that handled the purchase and, where the provider requires it, to the original payment method. Approval of a refund and the time when funds actually appear can differ. CK-Labs does not control third-party settlement timing, currency conversion differences, bank fees, card-issuer fees, or exchange-rate movements, subject to provider rules and mandatory law.

Where Apple, Google, Xsolla, or another provider is the contracting merchant or issuer of the transaction receipt or tax document, that provider controls the form and correction process for its receipt or invoice. CK-Labs may provide TycoonX entitlement support and transaction-identification assistance but cannot promise to alter or reissue a third-party merchant’s billing or tax document. Where CK-Labs itself is legally required to issue a receipt, invoice, credit note, or other document, applicable law remains controlling.

Users should promptly report suspected unauthorized purchases to the relevant payment provider and TycoonX Support.

CK-Labs may investigate receipts, transaction identifiers, entitlement records, server logs, account activity, device/session information, payment-provider events, and related security records to prevent fraud and duplicate delivery.

Fraudulent receipts, manipulated clients, payment abuse, deliberate false fraud reports, abusive chargebacks, or attempts to retain refunded digital value may lead to entitlement correction, purchase restrictions, account suspension, or termination in accordance with the TycoonX Terms and applicable law.

Nothing in this Policy excludes statutory rights that cannot legally be waived. For German consumers, Sections 327 et seq. BGB may apply to paid digital content and digital services.

For immediately supplied digital content such as a Diamond bundle, a statutory withdrawal right may expire after supply begins only if every legal requirement is satisfied, including any required transaction-specific express consent to early performance, acknowledgement of the loss of the withdrawal right, and contractual confirmation. Accepting the general Terms is not intended to replace a separate consent where the law requires one.

A 30-Day VIP is supplied over a period of time. Immediate activation does not automatically eliminate every statutory withdrawal right merely because access has begun. Where applicable law allows early performance, the checkout may request the consumer’s express request for it, and any amount due after a valid withdrawal is determined only as permitted by law.

Lifetime VIP is also an entitlement supplied over time. Its one-time purchase price and non-renewing nature do not by themselves eliminate statutory withdrawal rights or mandatory digital-service remedies. Any early-performance request, expiry of a withdrawal right, proportional payment following withdrawal, or other consequence applies only where the legal requirements for that transaction are satisfied.

CK-Labs will not use one blanket no-refunds or waive-all-withdrawal-rights clause for Diamonds, 30-Day VIP, and Lifetime VIP because their legal treatment can differ.

Paid TycoonX content does not include a promise that every historic app version, device, operating system, API, or platform integration will remain supported indefinitely.

Where German digital-product law applies, CK-Labs will provide and inform consumers about updates required to keep the relevant paid digital product in conformity during the legally relevant period, including required security updates.

If a required update has been provided and the user was clearly informed that it is available and of the consequences of not installing it, failure to install the update within a reasonable time may affect claims for a lack of conformity caused solely by the missing update to the extent applicable law provides. This applies only where CK-Labs provided adequate installation instructions and does not remove rights relating to an unrelated defect, non-supply, or invalid entitlement.

A valid paid entitlement should remain associated with the purchaser and be recognized on supported versions where required by the product terms, platform rules, or mandatory law. Requiring an update is not a basis to duplicate a purchase, erase a valid restorable Lifetime VIP, or avoid a remedy that remains legally due.

A valid purchase may be recognized on another supported TycoonX device or platform only where TycoonX supports that access and the applicable store, payment-provider, country, and platform rules permit it. Cross-platform recognition does not itself create a new transaction or an additional paid grant.

The same underlying purchase must not be multiplied through restore, account migration, cross-device use, cross-platform linking, webhook retries, or duplicate provider records. Unless a specific offer expressly says otherwise, recognizing the same Lifetime VIP more than once does not create multiple Lifetime VIP benefits, and recognizing the same 30-Day VIP more than once does not extend its original valid period.

Separately completed valid purchases that are not duplicates remain separate transactions. CK-Labs may consolidate technical entitlement records without cancelling a distinct valid purchase or removing a mandatory refund, warranty, or other consumer remedy.

Apple Family Sharing applies only where CK-Labs has enabled it for the relevant eligible In-App Purchase and Apple reports the purchase as shareable. If Family Sharing is offered, a family member’s access depends on the original purchaser’s valid shared entitlement and may end if Apple reports that sharing or the underlying entitlement has ended, been revoked, or been refunded. Shared access does not create a separate purchase or refund right for each family member beyond Apple’s rules and mandatory law.

If TycoonX does not expressly show an Apple product as Family Shareable, the purchase does not include a promise of Family Sharing.

If TycoonX is permanently discontinued, online access to accounts, Diamonds, VIP, virtual items, and game data may also end. Virtual items do not automatically become redeemable for cash merely because the Service closes.

Lifetime VIP is tied to the commercial operating lifetime of TycoonX for the purchasing account, not the biological lifetime of the user and not an unlimited promise that the Service will exist forever. Mandatory refund, price-reduction, termination, warranty, or other consumer remedies remain unaffected.
