Community Standards और Moderation

यह Community Standards & Moderation Policy TycoonX Terms of Service को supplement करती है और CK-Labs द्वारा संचालित TycoonX के user-generated content और social features पर लागू होती है।

TycoonX community features के लिए यह Community Policy अधिक specific rule है। यदि Terms की कोई general provision moderation, public/private user-generated-content handling या user-generated-content licensing के बारे में इस Community Policy से conflict करती है, तो कानून द्वारा अनुमत सीमा तक उस विषय पर यह Community Policy लागू होगी।

यह TycoonX community features में submit, transmit, display या otherwise available content और conduct पर लागू होती है, जिसमें public/group chat, direct messages, profile text, company/union content, names, descriptions, comments, reports, images, creative works और अन्य user-generated content शामिल हैं।

आप अपने submitted content के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं और उसे submit करने के लिए आवश्यक rights और permissions आपके पास होने चाहिए।

जहाँ platform rules माँगते हैं, TycoonX user-generated content create या upload करने से पहले applicable Terms और/या इस Community Policy की acceptance माँग सकता है।

आप TycoonX का उपयोग ऐसे content या conduct को submit, promote, request, threaten, coordinate या distribute करने के लिए नहीं कर सकते जो unlawful हो या reasonably serious safety, abuse, fraud या platform-compliance risk पैदा करे।

इसमें credible threats, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, child sexual abuse या exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, किसी अन्य व्यक्ति की private information का unlawful disclosure, impersonation, phishing, scams, malicious links, spam, coordinated abuse, intellectual-property infringement, illegal activity को prohibited तरीके से facilitate करना, या lawful moderation/safety restrictions से बचने के प्रयास शामिल हैं।

Context महत्वपूर्ण है। Ordinary criticism, disagreement, satire, competitive game talk या isolated mild profanity केवल इसलिए prohibited नहीं हो जाती क्योंकि किसी अन्य user को वह पसंद नहीं है।

TycoonX content या users report करने तथा abusive users से interaction block या limit करने के लिए in-app tools दे सकता है। जहाँ उपलब्ध हों, users को विशेष रूप से उन मामलों में इन tools का उपयोग करना चाहिए जिन्हें CK-Labs review की आवश्यकता है।

Apple App Store और Google Play rules user-generated-content features के लिए specific in-app reporting, filtering, blocking, terms acceptance, age-safety और moderation functionality की माँग कर सकते हैं। यह Policy उन product-level safeguards का विकल्प नहीं है।

जहाँ कोई TycoonX feature EU Digital Services Act के तहत hosting service के रूप में qualify करता है, CK-Labs specific information जिसे allegedly illegal बताया गया हो उसके लिए legally required electronic notice-and-action mechanism देगा।

Good-faith reporting की अनुमति है। जानबूझकर false, malicious, repetitive या abusive reports जो किसी user को harass करने, moderation manipulate करने या Support को overwhelm करने के लिए हों, proportionate restrictions का कारण बन सकती हैं।

CK-Labs user reports, platform signals, rate limits, keyword/pattern filters, automated rules या classifiers, transaction/security signals और human review के combination का उपयोग ऐसे content या conduct detect/investigate करने के लिए कर सकता है जो इस Policy, Terms, law या platform requirements का उल्लंघन कर सकता है।

Automated signals content को review के लिए prioritize कर सकते हैं या temporary protective restrictions support कर सकते हैं। वे हर violation detect होने की guarantee नहीं हैं, और CK-Labs यह promise नहीं करता कि हर user-generated content publication से पहले manually reviewed होगा।

जहाँ applicable law automated moderation, human review, restriction reasons या specific complaint process के बारे में information माँगता है, CK-Labs required information और safeguards देगा।

Context, severity, recurrence, evidence और legal/platform requirements के अनुसार CK-Labs proportionate measures ले सकता है, जैसे review के बाद no action, warning, content removal, visibility/interaction restrictions, temporary chat mute, feature restrictions, protective suspension या serious/repeated violations के लिए account termination, जहाँ Terms और applicable law इसकी अनुमति देते हैं।

Users, evidence, payments, game integrity या infrastructure की सुरक्षा के लिए reasonably necessary होने पर full review से पहले immediate temporary action लिया जा सकता है। Additional information assessment बदलती है तो CK-Labs restriction को reverse या modify कर सकता है।

Moderation decisions relevant content या conduct को target करने चाहिए और unrelated legitimate paid digital value confiscate करने के लिए उपयोग नहीं किए जाएंगे, जब तक कोई अलग lawful reason न हो।

Users moderation या enforcement decision challenge करने के लिए TycoonX Support से संपर्क कर सकते हैं, जब तक कोई अलग in-app appeal route न दिया गया हो।

जहाँ Digital Services Act या कोई अन्य mandatory law user content को illegal या Terms के incompatible मानकर किए गए content, payment, service या account restriction के लिए clear and specific statement of reasons माँगता है, CK-Labs legal conditions लागू होने और required contact information उपलब्ध होने पर वह statement देगा।

जहाँ law relevant service और business status के लिए internal complaint-handling system, out-of-court redress information या अन्य formal review mechanism माँगता है, CK-Labs applicable procedure उपलब्ध कराएगा।

जहाँ legally required illegal-content notice mechanism लागू होता है, CK-Labs sufficiently precise notices को कानून के अनुसार timely, diligent, non-arbitrary और objective तरीके से process करेगा।

Report अपने-आप यह साबित नहीं करती कि content illegal है। CK-Labs report, content, context, applicable law और available evidence का assessment कर सकता है और फिर content remove, restrict, preserve या available छोड़ने का निर्णय ले सकता है।

CK-Labs relevant content और records को legal claim, security investigation, mandatory reporting obligation, evidence preservation या lawful authority request के लिए reasonably necessary होने पर preserve कर सकता है, applicable data-protection law के अधीन।

आप अपने user-generated content में मौजूद rights बनाए रखते हैं। आप CK-Labs को non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license देते हैं कि वह user-generated content को केवल TycoonX operate, secure, moderate, support और improve करने के लिए reasonably necessary सीमा तक host, store, reproduce, format, translate, transmit, display, moderate, back up और technically adapt कर सके, applicable privacy और intellectual-property law के अधीन।

आप जो content TycoonX में जानबूझकर public करते हैं, उसके लिए यह license CK-Labs को उसे Service के हिस्से के रूप में display करने और context, settings, applicable law और third-party rights के अनुरूप होने पर TycoonX community या promotional purposes के लिए feature/reproduce करने की भी अनुमति देता है।

Private direct messages, private support communications और non-public reports केवल इसलिए public promotional use के लिए licensed नहीं होतीं क्योंकि CK-Labs को Service provide, secure, moderate या support करने के लिए उन्हें process करना पड़ता है।

License relevant content active systems से delete होने पर समाप्त होता है, सिवाय जहाँ backups, legal obligations, security, moderation evidence, dispute handling या अन्य lawful purposes के लिए continued processing reasonably necessary हो, या जहाँ content अन्य users द्वारा lawfully इस तरह share हो चुका हो कि उसे reasonably recall नहीं किया जा सकता।

TycoonX declared या verified age, parental authorization, platform age controls, applicable law, App Store/Google Play requirements या reasonable child-safety measures के आधार पर community/social features तक access restrict, disable या alter कर सकता है।

केवल underlying TycoonX game उपलब्ध रहने से user किसी specific social feature के access का right acquire नहीं करता। Child safety या platform compliance के लिए CK-Labs किसी age group के लिए social feature unavailable कर सकता है या additional age/parental checks माँग सकता है, applicable law के अधीन।

TycoonX child sexual abuse/exploitation content, grooming या minors के sexual exploitation की अनुमति नहीं देता। CK-Labs immediate protective action ले सकता है और कानून द्वारा आवश्यक होने पर relevant evidence preserve/report कर सकता है।

यदि CK-Labs भविष्य में anonymous या random-chat functionality लाने पर विचार करता है, तो release से पहले applicable platform और child-safety rules का दोबारा assessment किया जाएगा। जहाँ Google Play या अन्य platform feature/app को age-restricted या child-safety controls के अधीन रखता है, CK-Labs minors को block कर सकता है, required age controls लागू कर सकता है, child targeting रोक सकता है या required safeguards के बिना feature release न करने का निर्णय ले सकता है।

Rights holders TycoonX Support या किसी अन्य designated reporting route के जरिए उस content की report कर सकते हैं जिसे वे अपनी intellectual-property rights का infringement मानते हैं। Report में content और claimed right पहचानने के लिए पर्याप्त information होनी चाहिए।

CK-Labs review के बाद जहाँ required या reasonably justified हो, allegedly infringing content को remove या restrict कर सकता है। Users upload किए गए content के लिए आवश्यक rights रखने के जिम्मेदार हैं।

TycoonX community features को उस platform के rules का भी पालन करना होगा जिसके जरिए app distribute होती है। Apple और Google independently in-app reporting, blocking, filtering, terms acceptance, age-rating disclosures, age controls, contact information और ongoing moderation की माँग कर सकते हैं।

CK-Labs law, App Store/Google Play rules, safety requirements, technical constraints या material abuse patterns का पालन करने के लिए community feature को change, restrict, age-gate या discontinue कर सकता है। Paid digital-product rights separate TycoonX Terms और mandatory consumer law के अधीन रहेंगे।

CK-Labs law, platform rules, moderation tools, safety risks, community features या abuse patterns में बदलाव जैसे valid reasons के लिए इस Community Policy को update कर सकता है।

जहाँ applicable law माँगता है, significant changes communicate किए जाएंगे। Policy change past lawful conduct को retroactively violation नहीं बनाता।
